I have worked with Scott in 3 different instances now. In the purchase of my 1st home in 2020, the recent sale of that home in 2025, and purchase of my new and current home I have now. I picked him initially, just solely based on his photograph, because he looked friendly and down to earth. That initial impression was absolutely correct. In addition to those things, he is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and honest, and set things up in such a way that the (sometimes painful) paperwork process was so simple. He set up multiple viewings for me and gave me valueable insight into each property we looked at, and brought my attention things I hadn't thought of, which helped me to make informed and confident decisions both a buyer and a seller. As I had experience with neither, his guidance was a great asset to me. He genuinely seemed invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I am happily settled now in my new home that I absolutely love, but if I ever need a realtor again, or if I ever recommend one to anyone, it is ALWAYS Scott. Everyone else I speak with who has worked with him says the exact same thing. He is just the best there is.
