Daniel Scharf

Dan has had an interesting career in technology and business leadership, experiencing all the changes from mainframe computers, microcomputers and networks, the Internet, PDAs (look it up), smartphones, the Cloud, and today, AI. It turns out those experiences with technology sales, executive presentations, business negotiations, contracts, projects, and risk management all support the practice of real estate. Dan joined Anne in 2021 as her buying specialist and has applied that experience to help our clients find, choose, and move into the right home or find the next profitable real estate investment. Dan and Anne have been residents of the village of North Gower, Ontario for decades, raised their three children there and are now proud grandparents of two wonderful young humans who live in Montreal (with their parents).
