Josh Methot

Josh Methot grew up in Calgary’s inner-city, riding his bike to the West Hillhurst pool, playing in Confederation Park, and spending weekends in the mountains. Josh’s gracious and charismatic energy has made him a natural leader in both his personal and professional realms. His career began in the wine business, travelling to Italy, Spain, France, and Argentina for buying trips, and importing to Alberta and British Columbia. Throughout it all, he found himself drawn to the people behind the business, driven by the connections and relationships made on his travels. In his role as a Realtor, Josh seeks to create a seamless, enjoyable journey that extends beyond a simple transaction. Simply put, he’s all about the client experience. His resourceful nature and attention to detail ensures that clients achieve their real estate goals and have a good time along the way. When he’s not helping clients find their dream home, you can find Josh cooking for friends, perusing art galleries, or learning to ride his new motorcycle. Josh is also a Certified Condo Specialist, Certified Rural Home Specialist and speaks French (un petit peu).
