We used Brad as the real estate agent on our first home purchase. He did an excellent job guiding us through the process, and give us terrific advice on things to watch out for. Given that we favored older houses, he pointed out many items we needed to review, including how to identify high-efficiency furnaces and other similar pointers. Brad was very thorough and helped educate us so that we could make the best decision on which house to go with.
