Their professional connections add to the value of their service, and they are happy to pass along that value to their clients.  They work extensively with buyers, with advice on property maintenance issues, renovation ideas, and even 3D animated virtual tours if you're purchasing a home that requires updating, or to visualize a new construction at the pre-finish stage.  They have immense experience with planning & development applications, zoning requirements, and conversions - which can be especially useful for investment buyers.
