Danny was amazing! He was quick to respond to messages and was honest and realistic about pros and cons of properties we were looking at. I really appreciated that he pointed out things like age and quality of hot water tank, furnace, electrical, and plumbing; all things I know nothing about. It helped me feel more secure in my choice when it came to my purchase. Also, he always brought humour to the experience of house shopping, so even though it’s a stressful time, it was made enjoyable! Danny is so knowledgeable so when it came time to put an offer on a house, he was able to talk me through the options for the price and conditions, which made me feel more confident. He is approachable and friendly and I appreciated this. When selling, Danny brought in an expert stager who used what I had to make my house look amazing! I loved what she did so much that I kept her suggestions in my new house! They also send in cleaners before the pictures! When I started looking to buy, I didn’t have an extensive knowledge about real estate and the market dynamics at the time. I met up with Ryan and he listened attentively, answered all my questions, and explained everything so well! Throughout the process of viewing different places (I viewed over 20 apartments), Ryan was always very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed or my needs not being heard. He shared with me everything about the good and what he suspected was alarming about the apartment units/buildings that we viewed. He knew exactly what I wanted! Ideally close to downtown, lots of natural light, two bedrooms since I work remotely quite often, two or 1.5 bathrooms, reasonable condo fees, PET FRIENDLY, etc. I got exactly that!! And the cherry on top… the apartment has THREE bedrooms (very rare to find), 2 full bathrooms, ensuite storage, and a view of downtown Calgary! Unbeatable location!! My dog and I are very happy in our new home.😊 Also, there are endless amenities within walking distance including a few dog parks, the closest being under 7 mins drive! I am very pleased and happy! Danny was an amazing agent for my wife and I. He was insanely helpful with helping us figure out the kind of home we were looking for. Moving from a condo into a single family home, he brought up lots of items that we would have never thought of (windows, repairs that would need to be done immediately or in the near future, furnace/hot water tank, etc.) We used Danny for the sale of our condo and our home purchase and the process was incredibly smooth.
On the sale side, he helped us get a great price for our condo in a market where condos were not flying off the shelf. The property photos looked beautiful, and his included staging consultant helped so much in making our property look as appealing as possible. We had lots of showings and felt that the property was marketed incredibly well. As first time home sellers, I couldn't have imagined that process being any easier. Danny and his team handled everything.
On the purchasing side, he was honest with all the properties he showed us and we never felt like anything was hidden or as if we were being pressured into purchasing. We saw 30+ homes and Danny was flexible in all of the showing times to fit our schedule. He provided a lot of details for the properties we were interested in and had no problems digging deeper and contacting other agents for more information if we needed it. Danny was awesome! He is down to earth, very approachable and funny. He showed us a lot of options all around Calgary so it was a great chance to get to know the city better. He listened to what we liked (and what we did not like!) and then started narrowing down based on this.
