Veronika did a wonderful job of selling our property given how complicated the situation was. It was a rental property with two existing tenants and the tenants wanted to stay. She has a wonderful personality and great skills that we feel enabled her to pull this off without a hitch. She interacted very well with the tenants as well as the buyers. We do not feel that most realtors would have been as successful.

We have worked with Veronika before and it made the decision to work with her again very easy. We wanted to find a smaller place with a good walkability score. We looked at many places (over 60) with a wide variety of amenities and from a number of areas before deciding on our current home. We appreciated Veronika’s patience and willingness to accommodate our tight timeline and sometimes erratic list of wants and must haves. We feel very strongly that, in the end, we have found the place that best suits where we are in our lives at this point and we are thankful for Veronika’s efforts to get us here.
