After many years in sales…Retail and Automobile, I started to look at what I could do that would give me some work flexibility! One of my friends was a Realtor and suggested that I get “my Real Estate License” . I did some research, enrolled in the Real Estate Course and in 2012, I started my career in Real Estate. Within the first year, I realized how much I enjoyed the industry. The excitement of handing keys to a buyer for a new property or putting a SOLD sticker on my For Sale sign was amazing! I loved that every Real Estate transaction was different and at times even challenging! Even though I work as a full-time realtor I still find time to enjoy living in the County of Lac Ste Anne on a rural property with my Husband and my 2 dogs! When I am not out with clients, or working in the office, I love to spend my free time in my garden and greenhouse, hiking, golfing and recently – playing softball!Buying and selling a property can be very stressful for anyone - a first time buyer to the most seasoned seller! With 10 years of real estate experience in Residential, Condominiums, Acreages and Farms, I feel that I can provide the service to help any buyer or seller achieve their “Real Estate Goals”. My Pocket Guides, Custom Market Evaluations, Contacts in the industry such as Mortgage Specialists, Home Inspectors and Lawyers, Listing Statistics, Marketing Plans are just a few tools that I offer when working with a buyer or seller. I always take the time to explain documents such as a purchase contract or listing Agreement and have excellent attention to detail, which is a great trait to have in the Real Estate industry!I really love being a Realtor and look forward to….Working Hard to Achieve Your Goals!
