Hi, I'm Kyla, a forever resident and community supporter of the tri-municipal area of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County. My passion is to be outdoors, preferably in the mountains or by a lake kayaking, snowmobiling and walking my dogs. My family is everything to me especially my grandson and daughter. I am passionate about yoga and meditation and appreciate the mental, spiritual and physical wellness it can bring to a person and community.
