Victoria Smith

A native of Ottawa and Kanata, Victoria has seen and experienced Ottawa's and Kanata’s growth in homes, businesses and services. A strong business and marketing background, combined with her personal approach complements the skills of the Joan Smith Real Estate Family. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queen’s in Kingston, Victoria joined the Price Waterhouse Management Consultants Ottawa office. Victoria later went on to complete her MBA at the University of Ottawa and spent over 15 years in high technology marketing. Her work involved many facets of marketing including pricing, promotion, and channel and distribution plans. Victoria’s consistent marketing approach places great importance on understanding client's needs and objectives while examining current market dynamics. Growing up in a real estate family and now married and with three daughters, she understands the significance of a home purchase or sale to a family and the factors to be considered.
