Joanne Bouley

Joanne has been with Remax Fairlane Realty & working in the Real Estate Industry for over 18 years, & has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2018 & most recently obtained her Managing Associate Brokers license in 2021. You may also know Joanne from her 8 yr career operating her portrait & wedding photography company with her husband David. From there, Joanne brings her passion for photography & creativity when in listing properties to showcase them with high quality photos, video, marketing & social media. Joanne loves working with home buyers guiding them through the process so it's not only stress free but fun! When purchasing a home through Joanne you can expect a detailed play by play of the process to keep you in the loop, local market knowledge & help navigating you from house hunting to closing. Joanne also loves utilizing the latest technology tools from Remax - from e-signature programs, virtual walk throughs, video conferencing & digital buyer & seller packages. Joanne believes that we should all serve the communities in which we live, work & play. Joanne has sat on many boards incl the Cobequid Arts Council, the Third Place Transition House, the Tourism committee & the Rental Standards Committee for the Town of Truro. Joanne believes that everyone should have a safe, affordable place to call home. Joanne is also active in community Theater & has acted in the V-Monologues for the last 4 years raising money for the Colchester Sexual Assault Center. Joanne has also taken part in many projects with the Lotus Center (the local Womens Resource Center) including Take Back the Night Rally, One Billion Rising Dance & organizing local drives to collect donations for the Resource Center for Women in Need. Joanne has 3 dogs, Maci (a Prague Ratter), Sasha (a Min Pin), and newly added puppy Arlo (a red Heeler) to her pack. She enjoys gardening, crafting & painting. Joanne is a life long resident of Truro, and is proud to call downtown Truro home.
