Now, with more than 15 years of real estate sales experienceas well as courses in appraisal and ethics through the Real Estate Institute of Canada, and the world-renowned Negotiation and Leadership course at Harvard Universityshes uniquely qualified to identify homes with good bones and great layouts, finessing the best possible price.Dawn credits her lasting client relationships and frequent referrals to the skills she developed while playing for the National Womens rugby team, even representing Canada at the World Cup. My time as an elite athlete taught me to read people quickly and make connections, she says.
