Winston Chan

Winston Chan is Senior Vice President of Sales with Sothebys International Realty Canada in Vancouver and is consistently recognized among the companys top performers nationwide. With over 15 years of experience, Winston combines market intelligence, strategic insight, and a client first approach to deliver outstanding results. He began his real estate career in 2008, focusing on land assembly and development sales during a major period of growth in Vancouver. His early work along the Cambie Corridor included more than 250 million dollars in project sales and helped bring several landmark communities to life. Over the course of his career, Winston has sold more than 500 pre construction homes with leading developers and has also completed numerous resale transactions across Metro Vancouver. In 2015, Winston joined Alabaster Homes as Director of Sales. Over nine years, he successfully launched eight boutique residential communities, generating more than 300 million dollars in family focused homes. His success is driven by strong, long term relationships, and many of his clients have continued to work with him for more than a decade. Having lived in Vancouver for over 40 years, Winston has extensive knowledge of local neighbourhoods, schools, and community networks. As a father of three daughters, he remains actively involved in school and church communities, giving him a genuine understanding of what makes each part of the city feel like home. Winston is of Filipino Chinese heritage and speaks Tagalog, English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, and Taishanese.
