Doug and Michelle met with me and told me that they would like to list my house and walked me through the procedure of staging my house for the purpose of listing and selling my home. They walk me through the do`s and dont`s. They were very specific and it helped me get my mind around selling my home.

Doug took numerous pictures inside and out which was a big help for listing and selling my home. there we numerous showings and I sold my house in a very timely manner. They walked me through the whole process which made it very easy to understand. I used a lawyer that they recommended which work really well and was very affordable.

I met Michelle while searching for a family home. While the property she had listed at the time was not suitable for us the way she communicated about the property and her obvious passion for her job became immediately apparent. I saw a few houses on my own before I met her and none of the other realtors made me want them in my corner. She is professional, relatable, fun, focused and honest. And she delivered: She took the time to get to know us and made notes of everything that is important to us and also everything that would be a deal breaker. When touring houses she always rated them according to our priority list and pointed out the good and the bad. I had the best of times touring houses with her. When we found our home she was there for us all the way. Douglas and her are a great team. Whenever it was time sensitive they were on point. Douglas gave us great advise for when Michelle was unavailable for even just the shortest of times to make us feel comfortable in the process and to let us know “We got u covered”.

Michelle was amazing to work with! As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of help and Michelle you as so patient and knowledgeable about the area, building structure, condo regulations and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. It was apparent early in the process that she had my best interests at heart and we found a property that was exactly what I wanted, and never thought I’d get! She was a pro at helping with the negotiations and I was able to find what I wanted, in the area I wanted to live and ended up paying less than I thought I would. I’m so happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking for their first home who needs a bit more help.

Michelle is very professional, knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. Michelle and Doug have great recommendations on staging when selling and also on all aspects once you are sold (i.e. recommendations on a lawyer, a mover, cleaner, etc). The current economy is not that great for selling but in the end I got list price for the place I sold (amazing!) and Michelle negotiated the purchase price on my new fabulous place down by almost 15%! I would definitely recommend the services of Michelle and Doug to anyone and I actually do all the time!

We looked for a house, on & off, for nearly two years. In that time, Doug & Michelle were extremely patient with our situation & consistently provided professional & attentive service as we waded in & out of the market. They listened to us & understood clearly what we both had in mind. Viewing homes on short notice, evenings & weekends, was never an issue - they were always happy to make time for us. As our hearts were set on an older, MCM home, they guided us to dozens of places that really matched our specifications & our budget. They were encouraging when we needed them to be, but objective & practical when it mattered most. In the end, Doug found us the most perfect home in an area that hadn’t even been on our radar. Within an hour of viewing it, we were back at his office (on a Saturday night!) watching him put in our offer & tending to paperwork in a very efficient & timely manner. Fortunately, there were no competing interests as we settled the transaction, but Doug was still very thorough & attentive to the process in the weeks ahead, making sure things ran smoothly right until the last few documents were signed. Further, he connected us with the requisite lawyer, mortgage broker & house inspector, which helped reduce the added leg work on our end to see the sale through to the finish line.
