Mike Boychuk

Mike Boychuk is the Associate Broker for LPT Realty. He has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, and specializes in selling residential real estate in Saskatoon and the surrounding area. Mike served as a Director of the SRAR (Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors) from 2011 to 2015, as President in 2014, and was named 2015 Realtor of the Year by the SRAR and CMHC (Canada Housing & Mortgage Company). He was recognized among the “Top 100 Agents In Canada” for 2015, and the “Top 200 Agents In Canada” for 2016 and 2017, by Real Estate Professional. Mike has sold over 1,300 properties in his career according to the MLS®. Unlike most real estate agents, he does not work alone – Mike utilizes a team approach involving other licensed agents and unlicensed support staff, all hand-picked and trained by Mike.
