I started in the construction industry as a draftsperson in 1982 and became a designer and builder in residential construction for 22 years before my last 16yrs as a REALTOR®. (2022) My experience in the construction field has truly given me the eye, to help buyers, in this time when virtually no home inspections are a available prior to purchase. I'm not a home inspector, though with my years of experience in different construction fields, do note to my clients what to look for first when walking around the exterior then the interior of the home. I do this for my Buyers when buying, my Sellers when selling, and my client owners during ownership. I do my best to help them understand what can be upcoming as well for Seller's, details on what to do to get their house ready for sale, as well as general contracting any work to be done, if needed. With Buyers I do suggest on moving day they have a full time inspector look over the home and property, with their trained eye to further expand on the information
