My primary role as a real estate agent is to advise clients on all aspects of the real estate transaction, including valuing a home, putting it on the market, and securing financing and legal counsel. Client contract negotiation is an integral part of the role as well. In order to be successful, I keep up with developments in the local market and relevant industry regulations, network with leads, and put customer service at the forefront of my priorities.
