Donna Harding

Donna is a visionary thinker who has a tremendous passion for people, community and real estate. Her quest for challenge led her on her journey from Senior Naval Officer in the Canadian Navy, to successful real estate Broker and co-owner of Engel & Völkers in Nova Scotia. Donnas love for real estate was a life-long one, her tenacity and thirst for professional knowledge, along with her client-care focus, earned her immediate success as she and her husband Sebastien grew the company from a small team of 5 to a highly successful, and well-respected brokerage in only 4 years. In 2018, they opened the first Engel & Völkers franchise east of Quebec and in less than three years, they grew the brokerage to seven shop locations throughout the province in Halifax, Chester, Lunenburg, Liverpool, Yarmouth, Wolfville and Annapolis Royal with plans to open another shop in Cape Breton soon. Donnas genuine enthusiasm for her profession, innovative approach and love of service to her clients and her advisors, are evident from the moment you meet her. A take-charge negotiator; she knows what it takes to sell, and she was inducted into Private Office with EV in 2019. As a Broker/Licensed Partner, Donna and her husband, Sebastien, are quickly growing Engel & Völkers in NS, currently boasting a crew of 100 including advisors and staff throughout the province. Donnas energy thrives off the success of others so she has added teaching, coaching, and mentoring to her portfolio. Amongst her many qualifications, Donna holds the FRI designation and is a teacher with the National REIC faculty helping others become qualified. She holds both a CIPS and SRES designations and she currently sits on five Boards, including the sitting Chair of the Board for CUA, Chair of the Governance Committee on both the Halifax Chamber of Commerce and A Home for Everyone, Treasurer on the REIC Atlantic Chapter Board, and just recently a Director on the Board of Governors for the NS Commissionaires.
