Deanna Noyce is a proud Victoria realtor who has been helping clients buy and sell homes since 2003. With over two decades of experience, she still genuinely loves what she does, and her business has grown almost entirely through the trust and support of past clients and referrals. Outside of real estate, Deanna enjoys spending time with her husband Derek, their three daughters, and their dogs, Vincent and Bradley. As an active family, they love being outdoors — swimming, hiking, and exploring the Gulf Islands in the summer, and hiking or skiing whenever winter allows. Being on the water, in particular, is something that feels especially like home to them. Giving back is an important part of Deanna’s life and business. She proudly supports local children’s sports and BC Children’s Hospital as a way to contribute to the community she loves.
