Ryan was absolutely FANTASTIC! We were connected with Ryan through a 3rd party real estate site and it has been a great relationship ever since. 2 years ago we started by casually looking at acreages before deciding to buy in the city after we put our other property on the market. He was very accommodating, very honest and looked for other things on properties that we may have missed which was extremely helpful as we were looking to buy an old home. I would 100% recommend Ryan and he will be our first call in 3-5 years when we decide to buy our next property.

Ryan was fantastic with us. We had a few Century 21 realtors - I think because of the timing of our situation and our main realtor had prior commitments. I really liked Ryan. He was easy going, had time for conversation and didn’t make you feel rushed at all. He was happy to help, accommodating, and just a really great person!

Please Note: By choosing 'knowing someone' above, my husband and I have a family member that purchased a home through this realtor. We currently live out of province. Our realtor was friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I connected and chatted through texting, and he replied to our emails in a timely manner. We initially met the realtor in person where we viewed 2 homes, after which the other 3 were done on Zoom/Facetime. Unfortunately, the Zoom platform did not work well, especially inside the home(s), because the camera kept freezing up and consequentially made it challenging to see the interior). Fortunately, a family member joined us and used FaceTime for 2 of 5 viewings, including the house we purchased, which really helped. Altogether, as we were unable to be there in person to purchase the home, the realtor was cooperative and did his best in responding to our requests.
