Colleen Doucet

Colleen Doucet, is a veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over Halifax Regional Municipality for over 20 years. Colleen has built a solid foundation of clients through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her clientâs needs first.She studied at Dalhousie (BA) and Mount St Vincent (BEd) Universities and afterward began work as a teacher before realizing her passion for New Home Construction and working with Builders to help clients design their dream homes. Having designed four of her own homes, Colleen has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client's expectations in not only New Home Construction but also in Listing and Buying Resale Residential and Multi-family properties.In her free time, Colleen is an avid DIYer at home in Stillwater Lake with her family and her pups; Izzy the JRT, and Benny aka "Chubbs" the Golden Retriever. Her family, friends and having a life in Real Estate is never something Colleen takes for granted.
