Peter has 20+ years experience as a trusted full-time REALTOR in Halifax, NS. Background and 'past life careers' include working as a full-time musician (drums, primarily) in Halifax and Toronto, ultimately working across Canada and into the USA on occasion. Additionally, Peter worked in the Alberta Gas & oil Exploration industry as a late-teen during summers; at a major financial institution, and as a bricklayer apprentice in the early 1990's. He graduated in Sept. 2000 with a Degree majoring in Psychology (minor in Biology) at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, with extended studies subsequently and consecutively at Acadia University in Wolfville, NS and Dalhousie University in Halifax. Peter's real estate designations include Accredited Buyer's Representative; Certified Negotiation Expert and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Peter also completed his 'GreenAgent' designation. Along with annual study and upgrading his real estate education in Halifax, Peter has visited both Toronto, Ontario and Charlotte, North Carolina to add to his ongoing real estate knowledge through education in the field of assisting buyers and sellers with their residential real estate endeavors.Happily serving clients from all walks of life - always.
