Steve Lumb

Since entering the real estate business in 1999, Steve has built a reputation for having an honest, consultative approach in his real estate dealings. Known as a "straight shooter" who always puts the interests of his clients first, Steve has earned numerous sales awards and is consistently a top performer. Prior to his real estate career Steve earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree and used his education and a strong entrepreneurial spirit to build a six unit restaurant chain throughout the Maritimes and later, was involved with a digital media upstart. Steve has served 3 terms as Vice Commodore of the Chester Yacht Club and is a member of the Chester Golf Club despite not being particularly good at the game. Having arrived in Nova Scotia in 1990 for a short visit; Steve never left, instantly seeing a quality of life unmatched anywhere. Steve lives in both downtown Halifax and Chester, and is always enthusiastic to offer insightful Real Estate advice about all markets in between.
