Margaret Neff

Margaret has been a Realtor in Calgary for just under 2 decades. She has spent virtually a lifetime in sales, starting with her family business as a teenager, so she truly understands the importance of client-focused service. While the economy may change, putting the needs of the client first is something that never changes. Margaret’s unique ability to relate to people is what makes her a leader in service and referrals. She also has extensive experience on the administrative side, as acting brokerage manager.Margaret won the Calgary Real Estate Board 2016 Roar Mentorship Award and loves to mentor new realtors as well as seasoned agents who are looking for coaching. Her encouraging and warm personality combined with industry knowledge has helped many realtors get their careers on track.Volunteerism is an important facet of Margaret’s work in the community. She is a Governor on CREB’s Charitable Foundation. She is also an enthusiastic participant in Calgary Reads’ literacy initiatives, Habitat for Humanity and Breakfast for Kids programs.Margaret is licensed to practice Real Estate for Residential, Commercial, Rural and Property Management. She is currently working on completing her Brokerage course.Margaret has such a generous spirit and it is her true passion to teach and mentor. She has designed this practicum because she feels that the need to start new agents on the right path is paramount to their success.
