REALTOR® Profile
I became a Realtor in January 2003. I concentrated my sales on Residential, Condominium and Country Residential. I receive my Certified Condominium Specialist designation in 2009 and my Associate Broker designation in July 2010. I attended the Ninja Selling program in Fort Collins Colorado in 2011. Upon my return I headed the weekly Ninja training sessions at my Brokerage. I became the Broker Owner of MaxWell Capital Realty in April 2013 and continued this training at MaxWell Capital Realty and additional technical training every Thursday. I started as an instructor in 2015 with Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) and after selling MaxWell Capital Realty I opened Optimum Realty Group and was able to increase my instruction time with CREB. I have taught all course material available to Realtors through CREB education and help develop additional courses including updating the Certified Condominium Specialist course which I also teach. I have been qualified to teach the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) Leadership courses 200 & 300 and assisted Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) along with SAIT to develop the new Real Estate Certificate course offered by AREA. I was also a finalist in the ROAR Awards for education. Im still a very active Realtor in Alberta and thoroughly enjoy helping my client sell and purchase their most valuable possession.
