When you can look at a map profile of an area and realize that you have either been in a house close by or sold it, you understand Real Estate. It is understanding the dynamics of a neighbourhood and recognizing that you have an ethical duty to put you clients in the best house as you the realtor will have to sell that same house 2, 5, 10 years from now. 5 Years of new home construction give me the ability to figure out how to remove some walls etc. I work to get the best house for my clients. So I never have any apologies on where I move my clients!
