Our experience with Grace was exceptional. She gave great advice on preparing the property for sale and lending assistance on getting the proper people in to clean and stage the property.
We thought it could take months to sell and we received two offers within 5 days of it being listed. The offer we accepted was above listing in a slow moving market.
