I like doing business with people who do what they say they will do, when they will do it. We purchased our Caledon home 51 years ago, and we did that within 2 hours of seeing it. So when it came time to sell for a move out of province, we had literally no experience selling or even hiring and working with a realtor. After a 30 year professional life of working with sales people, I have acquired a pretty hard-assed list of criteria for choosing who I will deal with on major life-affecting purchases. - I only deal with people who do what they say they will do. Life’s too short for empty promises, so integrity rules. - I try really hard to only work with straight-up folks who will tell me when I am wrong but with tact. - I try to work only with folks who have a network of talented and reliable support people who help make the “promises” come true. - I cannot work with negative people. Michele is a wonder. She ticks off all the above items and more and my wife and I both recommend her without reservation.

If you want a realtor whose sole goal is to get you some house at the a rock-bottom price, then Michele is NOT your realtor. If you want a realtor whose goal is to find you the home that's right for you at a fair price, then I highly recommend Michele. She is your realtor. I can't recommend Michele highly enough. She's smart, hard-working, insightful, patient and a really good person. She wants to find you the home you want and will help you for as long as it takes. She also knows the local market well and will coach you on what price to pay. We were almost sad when we purchased our home since we would be spending less time touring homes with Michele!

Selling our home with Michelle made the whole process of getting our house ready easy. She was amazingly attentive, extremely professional, and pulled out all the stops in marketing materials (e.g., drone photography) and staging recommendations to get our home ready.
