David Toth

I joined Hallmark Realty and Associates Ltd in October 1983 and have remained with the brokerage my entire career. I enjoy the privilege of working alongside both buyers and sellers to assist them in fulfilling their housing goals. I have served on the Board of Directors and on several committees of the real estate board as well as serving one term on the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. I was named the CMHC 'REALTOR© of the Year' for the Saskatoon Region in 2002. I see my role as an 'educator' - I will assist you to become fully acquainted with the real estate market and with the process of purchasing or selling a home; and as a 'facilitator' - I will walk with you through the process assisting you to understand the paperwork and the different steps from start to finish.
