Slade Desrochers is the Founder and Broker/Owner of The Realty Consultants Group (TRCG), a boutique Saskatchewan brokerage built on transforming real estate agents into entrepreneurs. With a career rooted in business ownership, operational discipline, and client-focused service, Slade has spent more than two decades refining systems that allow agents to run scalable, efficient, and profitable real estate businesses. Before real estate, Slade worked as an industrial electrician, giving him a strong foundation in problem-solving, project management, and hands-on construction knowledge — strengths that continue to influence his approach to residential and commercial real estate today.
