My real estate experience or experiences started a very long time ago as a young man in Alberta's oil field. I was always buying homes in the spring season, detailing theses homes and reselling. There was always a great feeling of accomplishment bringing many of these properties from the brink of their possible demise to an affordable, clean, comfortable home many would enjoy. That activity is what inspired me to further my real estate knowledge base and become a licensed Realtor.
