As usual Dale and his team did a wonderful job of selling my small acreage and farm house. The effort was much appreciated, as the listing wasn’t everyone cup of tea ,being only a two bedroom, one bathroom house. The transaction went smoothly, which was a blessing as I was hospitalized for 3 weeks after the offer was finalized making it less stressful as I knew as was in capable hands with Century 21 Maxim and Dale. The marketing effort was second to none, which is always a big plus.
