Transportation

Driving is a great mode of transportation in Akinsdale. It is very convenient to park, and nearby highways are reasonably easy to reach from anywhere in this part of St. Albert. However, the public transit system in Akinsdale is not very practical. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is typically very close. Akinsdale is quite conducive to cycling since there are a fair number of bike lanes, and there are few hills to confront bicycle riders. In contrast, there aren't many pedestrians out on the streets of Akinsdale, although running daily errands is convenient on foot.
