Transportation

Cars are a great means of transportation in this area. It is very easy to access a parking spot. In contrast, commuting by public transit is difficult in Evergreen. Nonetheless, residents have access to a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. Evergreen is reasonably amenable to bicycling as there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave, and there are a good number of bike lanes. Most homes for sale in this part of Red Deer are located in places that are not very well-suited for those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is inconvenient.

Services

Parents and their kids will value that wherever their house is located in this area, secondary schools are nearby. However, Evergreen does not have any primary schools. With respect to eating, getting to the nearest supermarket by walking is an option for some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the city.
