The neighbourhood of Varsity Village can be found in the city of Lethbridge, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Lethbridge metropolitan area.

Transportation

Varsity Village is car friendly. It is convenient to park. In contrast, Varsity Village is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are generally around the corner. Biking is convenient in this area as the bicycling network is fairly well-developed, and the terrain is rather flat. It is impractical for people travelling by foot to move around in Varsity Village because few daily needs can be carried out without a vehicle.

Services

Families will find that no matter where their property is located in Varsity Village, daycares and primary schools are close by. However, this area does not have any high schools. As far as food is concerned, it is rarely an option for home buyers in this neighbourhood to shop for their groceries by walking. Furthermore, a coffee shop is often just around the corner, and residents of this part of Lethbridge are served by a few restaurants as well.

Character

Varsity Village is an excellent neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm ambience.
