Transportation

River Valley - South is an extremely convenient part of Lethbridge for travelling by car. Most real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, and it is especially convenient to come across a place to park. On the other hand, getting around by public transit is challenging in this area. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. River Valley - South will draw physically active people because it is very suited for bicycling. In particular, the bicycling infrastructure is good. In contrast, walking in this area is not very popular, even though many day-to-day errands can be run without having to use a car.

Services

Parents and their children will welcome the proximity to primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of homes for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, this area does not contain any high schools. As far as eating is concerned, in vast majority cases, a vehicle is needed to purchase groceries.
