The neighbourhood of Salisbury Village can be found in the municipality of Strathcona County, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Bicycling is convenient in this part of Strathcona County as there are a limited number of hills to challenge cyclists, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. Physically active house buyers will also be pleased with the walk-friendly nature of Salisbury Village; many daily errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle. Getting around by car is very convenient in this part of the municipality. Nearby highways are easy to drive to from any home in this neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to park. However, this part of Strathcona County is not especially transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop.

Services

Some, but not all, home buyers in this neighbourhood will live within walking distance of the closest grocery store. Residents are served by a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. Regarding education, families will value the proximity to schools and daycares, which are within walking distance from most houses for sale in this area.
