Transportation

This part of the city is an extremely convenient part of Edmonton for driving. The majority of real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and it is especially convenient to park. The bicycle is a fairly poor method of transportation in this neighbourhood as the terrain is not particularly flat, and there are few bike lanes. Walking is also not very feasible for property owners in this part of the city because almost no common errands can be run without a vehicle.
