Situated in the Greater Edmonton metropolitan area, Grandview Heights is a neighbourhood within Edmonton, Alberta.

Transportation

Grandview Heights is especially car friendly. It is very convenient to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the nearest highway from any home in this area. On the other hand, the public transit service in Grandview Heights is not especially frequent. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Bicycling is adopted in this neighbourhood because the bicycling infrastructure is good. It is challenging for pedestrians to move around in this area because few common errands can be run on foot.

Services

It is very rarely an option for house buyers in this area to buy their groceries by walking. Nonetheless, it is generally a short distance to the nearest pharmacy, which can supply some staple foods. With respect to education, both primary and secondary schools are very easy to access on foot from any location in this part of the city. However, there are only a very small number of daycares and therefore they can be a very long walk away.

This part of the city is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
