Transportation

This neighbourhood will draw house buyers that value a diversity of means of transportation. Eastwood is a fairly convenient part of Edmonton for pedestrians; many day-to-day needs can be met on foot, and numerous businesses are close by. Eastwood will also draw active home buyers since it is reasonably suitable for biking. More specifically, there are a limited number of slopes. With Coliseum Station on the Capital Line, and a few nearby bus lines, this part of the city is quite transit friendly. Driving is also a reasonably good transportation option in Eastwood. It is easy to find a parking spot, and it is a short car ride to the nearest highway from any home in Eastwood.
