Transportation

Bulyea Heights is very car friendly. It is straightforward to find a place to park, and most properties for sale are a short drive from the closest highway. On the other hand, the public transit system in Bulyea Heights is not very accessible. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most homes. Bulyea Heights is quite conducive to bicycling since there are a limited number of elevation changes for cyclists to brave, and there are a fair number of bike lanes. It is impractical for people walking to move around in Bulyea Heights because few common errands can be run without the use of a car.

Services

Families will appreciate the proximity to daycares and primary schools, which are within walking distance from the majority of properties for sale in this neighbourhood. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood. In terms of food, some, but not all, home buyers in this part of the city will reside within walking distance of the nearest grocery store. There are a few opportunities for those who care about close by restaurants.

Character

Bulyea Heights offers a slower-paced environment and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time outdoors. The majority of locations in the neighbourhood have fairly good access to green spaces, like G.M.V. Bulyea Park, since there are a few of them close by for residents to explore. This area is also great for those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue.

The predominant housing types in Bulyea Heights are single detached homes and townhouses. This neighbourhood offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
