Transportation

Baturyn is a very convenient part of Edmonton for driving. It is easy to come across a parking spot, and it is a reasonably short car ride to the nearest highway from anywhere in this neighbourhood. However, Baturyn is not particularly transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. Baturyn is quite appropriate for biking as the bicycling network is fairly good, and there are few hills to challenge cyclists. Travelling on foot is not especially practical for property owners in this neighbourhood as few common errands can be run on foot.

A supermarket is usually accessible within a rather short walk from any location in this part of Edmonton. There are also a few options for those who value restaurants in close proximity. In terms of education, it is a rather short walk to access daycares and schools from any location in Baturyn.

The character of Baturyn is exemplified by its relaxed atmosphere. This neighbourhood is very quiet overall, as the streets are usually very calm.
