Transportation

Biking is convenient in Albany since the cycling network is very good, and riding a bike is made easier by the generally flat terrain. This neighbourhood will also attract home buyers who value being in a walkable area as it is rather pedestrian-friendly; most daily needs are easy to meet without a vehicle. This part of Edmonton is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most homes. On the other hand, driving is an excellent transportation option in Albany. It is very convenient to park, and most real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Albany. Moreover, parents and their schoolchildren may find it very difficult to reach daycares by walking.
