Transportation

The best method to move around in Woodbine is often driving. It is easy to park. On the other hand, Woodbine is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. It is occasionally difficult for pedestrians to move around in this part of Calgary since most daily needs are at times challenging to meet on foot. However, the bike is a reasonably good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood as Woodbine boasts a good bicycling infrastructure.

Services

Getting to the nearest grocery store by walking is possible for some, but not all, property owners in this part of the city. A small number of restaurants and coffee shops can be found as well. Concerning education, primary schools and daycares are easy to access on foot from any location in this part of Calgary. However, this area does not contain any high schools.

Character

The character of Woodbine is exemplified by its slower-paced environment. The noise levels in this area are especially low, as the streets are generally very peaceful.
