This neighbourhood will appeal to homeowners that value a diversity of methods of transportation. Sunnyside features a fairly good public transit system. In particular, rapid transit stations, such as Sunnyside Station on the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain, are not very far-removed from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. Property owners benefit from a few bus lines, and bus stops are commonly nearby. It is also convenient for pedestrians to move around in this neighbourhood; running common errands is very convenient by walking, and various businesses are reasonably close by. Sunnyside will attract physically active people because it is very suitable for cycling.
