Rocky Ridge is a neighbourhood within Calgary, Alberta, which is located in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

Rocky Ridge is a very convenient part of Calgary for getting around by car. Parking is generally easy. On the other hand, Rocky Ridge is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, commuters can depend on Tuscany Station with access to the Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain. House owners are served by about 10 bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually around the corner. Walking is not very feasible for home buyers in Rocky Ridge since meeting daily needs is impractical without the use of a car. In contrast, this area is rather bike-friendly since the bicycling infrastructure is extensive.

Services

A fraction of residents in this part of Calgary may have the option to buy groceries by walking, while others will have to rely on a vehicle. There are also a few restaurants in Rocky Ridge. As far as education is concerned, this part of the city does not have any high schools or primary schools.
