Driving is a very good means of transportation in Riverbend. It is very easy to park, and many homes for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway. However, public transit users may experience limited options in this part of Calgary as a result of the infrequent service. Nonetheless, there are approximately 10 bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. Riverbend is appropriate for cycling since the bicycling network is reasonably good. This neighbourhood is not particularly well-suited for walking as most daily needs are occasionally challenging to meet without the use of a car.

Services

In Riverbend, parents and their children will usually be able to access primary schools and daycares on foot. On the other hand, there are no high schools in this neighbourhood.
