The neighbourhood of East End is part of the town of Cochrane, Alberta, which is situated in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area.

Transportation

The car is usually the best way to get around in East End. It is very easy to access a place to park. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of the town, despite the fact that meeting daily needs is convenient. East End is also not particularly cycling-friendly because there are few bike lanes, and riding is made strenuous by the often steep topography. Nevertheless, there is a high density of bike riders.

Services

Families will welcome the proximity to daycares and schools, which are within walking distance from most, if not all, houses for sale in this neighbourhood. In terms of food, it is straightforward to get to the nearest grocery store on foot from any home in East End. There are also a limited number of choices for those who value restaurants within walking distance.
