This neighbourhood will appeal to home buyers who want to live in a community that's walkable as it is fairly walking-friendly; many day-to-day errands can be run without a vehicle. Getting around by bicycle is also easy in Southview as there are a fair number of bike lanes. Driving is a great means of transportation in this part of Grande Prairie. It is straightforward to park. On the other hand, the transit system in this area is rather poor. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to get to a nearby bus stop from most homes.
