Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in Marquis. It is very convenient to come across a place to park. Getting around by bicycle is difficult in Marquis as the cycling network is not very extensive, and there are a good number of slopes for cyclists to brave. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who travel by foot as many daily needs are nearly impossible to meet by walking.

Services

Home buyers in this area almost always need a vehicle to reach the closest grocery store. When it comes to education, there are only a few primary schools in Marquis and accordingly they can be a long walk away. Furthermore, this area does not have any high schools. Likewise, parents and their schoolchildren may find it very hard to reach daycares as a pedestrian.
